Welcome to the online store for rescued food! Did you know that in addition to normal products, we sell surplus and leftover batches that are at risk of being thrown away? Hundreds of kilos of food are needlessly thrown in the trash every week, even though most of it could have been used. These surplus batches were also in danger of being wasted. Reducing food waste is one of the best environmental actions we can do together. We believe that perfectly edible food is meant to be eaten – not thrown away.

We mainly sell products that are otherwise at risk of being wasted. By buying our surplus batches - you save money, reduce food waste and reduce the carbon footprint caused by unnecessarily produced food! Our surplus batches may contain products with a short best before date or that have already passed, as well as products that have been withdrawn from sale due to overproduction, incorrect packaging labels, packaging renewal or other reasons.

The best before date is the manufacturer's given minimum shelf life, i.e. a guarantee that the product will maintain the same quality as at the time of manufacture. Even after the date, the food can be perfectly edible. We do not sell products that are marked with the "use by" label.
