Brunberg Oy is a purely Porvoo-based and Finnish chocolate factory. Brunberg, which has remained a family business, has always concentrated its production in Porvoo. Brunberg is best known for its first-class sweets. Brunberg Alkumix sweets are gluten-free. The 800 gram bag contains approx. 130 Alku caramels.
Ingredients: Glucose syrup, whey powder, hardened vegetable fat (coconut), cocoa mass, liquorice extract, acidity regulator: citric acid, salt, flavourings: incl. vanillin, anise oil, ammonium chloride (salmiak), cinnamon, food colours: E153, E104, E160a. This product is gluten-free.
