Citric Acid 750g

Clean your dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and kettle with citric acid.

DISHWASHER: Pour 30g (2 tbsp) of citric acid into the dishwasher detergent compartment and run an empty cycle at +60-65 degrees.

WASHING MACHINE: Pour 100g (1.3dl) of citric acid into the detergent compartment. Run the machine empty without prewash on a +95 degree wash cycle. Immediately afterwards, run the same cycle with washing powder to remove any loose residue from the machine.

COFFEE MAKER: Dissolve 25g (less than 2 tbsp) of citric acid in 5 dl of cold water. Pour the solution into the water tank of the coffee maker, turn it on and let it run for about half the time. Turn off the coffee maker and leave the solution to work for 30 minutes. Turn the coffee maker on again. Rinse the acid out by brewing a pot of plain water 2-3 times.

KETTLE: Boil about 0.5 l of water in the kettle. Add 25 g (less than 2 tbsp) of citric acid to the water. Let the water stand in the kettle for about 15 minutes. Empty the kettle. Boil plain water in the kettle 2-3 times to rinse out the citric acid.

AS AN ACIDITY REGULATOR: In fruit and berry preserves, the dosage is max. 2g/kg, in nectars max. 5g/litre and in fruit juices max. 3g/litre. Citric acid is dissolved in a little water and added to the finished product.
