Fazer Pantteri are sugar-coated salty licorice candies. The Fazer Pantteri brand is one of Finland's favorites. Today, Fazer produces around 1.5 million kilos of Pantteri candies a year. Fazer Pantteri candies are true licorice royalty, with a history dating back to 1961, when the Pantteri pastille was first introduced. Back then, Pantteri candies came in matchbox-style boxes with red markings. The candies got their yellow and black outfits in the 70s.
