Vanilla custard powder is a baker's best friend for whipping up the most decadent cream toppings and fillings. It's the secret ingredient for picture-perfect swirls and rosettes that hold their shape beautifully. Some even sprinkle it into cake batters or muffin mixes for an extra touch of sweetness and a hint of vanilla flavor.
Mixture of ingredients and food additives.
Contains: sugar, modified starch, vegetable fat, thickener (E404), dried glucose syrup, milk proteins, salt, flavoring and colors (E160b, E101).
Dosage: 33g powder / 1 dl water
(33g = 2 generous tablespoons)
Preparation: Mix the powder into cold water, whisking vigorously.
Resistant to baking and freezing.
